What Is in Glyco Reset? Ingredients List and Research
Glyco Reset has six ingredients: apple cider vinegar, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate.
Vinegar was studied at 15 to 30 mL a day, and pectin at 10 g or more per meal. The other four act as a base, a sweetener and food acids.

The list
What ingredients are in Glyco Reset?
Six, all common in kitchens or food factories. The brand names them in its own graphics, in the same order each time.
Two ingredients have a research story for glucose: apple cider vinegar and apple pectin. The other four make the liquid, sweeten it or adjust its acidity. None has a printed amount.

The base
Why is purified water in Glyco Reset?
Purified water is the base that turns the other five ingredients into drops. It has no profile page because it has no role beyond carrying the rest.
It still matters. Water sits second in the brand's list, and the whole bottle holds only 60 mL. Every milliliter of water is a milliliter that is not vinegar. Because no amounts are published, we cannot say how much of the bottle is water, but it may be a large share.
Purified water is not a sign of a weak or a strong product. It is what you would expect in any liquid drop.
Amounts
How do Glyco Reset amounts compare with the research?
They cannot be compared directly, because the product column is blank. The research column shows the amounts studies used. That tells you what to look for on the panel.
| Ingredient | On the label | Per serving | Amount used in research | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apple cider vinegar | 1st of 6 in the brand's list | Not published | About 15-30 mL of vinegar a day for 4-12 weeks (13.75-30 mL in type 2 diabetes trials) (Hadi 2021 ACV meta-analysis) (Arjmandfard 2025 ACV meta-analysis (T2D)) | Small effects, low-quality trials |
| Apple pectin | 4th of 6 in the brand's list | Not published | 10-14.5 g per meal lowered peak glucose slightly; 1.4-5.2 g had no effect (FSANZ 2016 pectin & blood glucose review) (MedlinePlus: Soluble vs insoluble fiber) | Not established at food amounts |
| Pure cane sugar | 3rd of 6 in the brand's list | Not published | Not studied for support; AHA limit is about 6 tsp (women) or 9 tsp (men) of added sugar a day (AHA: Added sugars limits) (Dietary Guidelines 2025-2030 (RealFood.gov)) | Not a glucose-support ingredient |
| Citric acid and sodium citrate | 5th and 6th of 6 in the brand's list | Not published | Not studied for glucose; FDA lists both as GRAS food ingredients (21 CFR 184.1033 Citric acid) (21 CFR 184.1751 Sodium citrate) | Not studied for blood sugar |
The two clearest numbers: about 15 to 30 mL of vinegar a day in trials (Hadi 2021 ACV meta-analysis), and at least 10 g of pectin per meal before peak glucose moved at all (FSANZ 2016 pectin & blood glucose review). A drop product would have to be mostly vinegar to come near the first figure.

The brand names six ingredients and prints no amount for any of them, and no Supplement Facts panel appears in any image. Purified water has no profile; the other five share four pages.
"Studied" is not the same as "shown to work". The vinegar trials were small and mostly at high risk of bias (Arjmandfard 2025 ACV meta-analysis (T2D)), and FSANZ called the pectin effect at food amounts not established (FSANZ 2016 pectin & blood glucose review).

Which Glyco Reset ingredients deserve a closer look?
Two of the six raise practical questions for people who watch their diet. Neither amount is published, so the questions go to your label and to the order desk.
Pure cane sugar
Third in the list. AHA suggests a daily cap of about 6 teaspoons of added sugar for most women and 9 for most men (AHA: Added sugars limits). Read cane sugar in Glyco Reset.
Sodium citrate
The sodium salt of citric acid, made by neutralizing the acid (21 CFR 184.1751 Sodium citrate). It adds some sodium; the amount is not published.
Citric acid
Found naturally in plant and animal tissue and listed as safe in food (21 CFR 184.1033 Citric acid). Not studied for glucose.
Not on the list
Does Glyco Reset contain cinnamon, ginger or bitter melon?

No. None of those plants is among the six named ingredients. They appear only as props in a brand photo.
The confusion is easy to make. Other products sold under a similar name use cinnamon, berberine, gymnema or chromium. Those are different formulas, explained on which Glyco Reset is which.
The ingredient list on your bottle settles it. If it names any herb, it is not the six-ingredient vinegar formula.
Fair view
What is good and what is weak about the Glyco Reset formula?
The formula is short and familiar, which is a real plus. Its weakness is that the list stops at names.
Strengths
- Six food ingredients you can recognize
- No caffeine source and no herbal blend named
- Vinegar has some trial data, unlike many blend herbs
- Pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate are listed as safe food ingredients (21 CFR 184.1588 Pectins)
Weaknesses
- No amount for any ingredient
- Added cane sugar in a product sold for glucose
- A 60 mL bottle limits how much vinegar it can hold
- Vinegar is acidic; see Glyco Reset side effects

FAQ
Glyco Reset ingredients FAQ
What are the main ingredients in Glyco Reset?
Apple cider vinegar is the main named ingredient, followed by purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate. The brand publishes no amount for any of them, so the share of vinegar in each serving is unknown.
Is there apple cider vinegar in Glyco Reset?
Yes. Apple cider vinegar is first in the brand's list of six ingredients. The amount is not published. Trials used about 15 to 30 mL of vinegar a day, while one whole Glyco Reset bottle holds 60 mL of liquid in total.
Does Glyco Reset contain chromium or berberine?
Not the formula this site sells. Its six named ingredients include no chromium, berberine or herbs. Other products sold under the same name do contain them, so check the ingredient list on the bottle you receive and call the order desk if it differs.
How much sugar is in Glyco Reset?
The grams are not published. Pure cane sugar is third of six named ingredients, so it is present, but no Supplement Facts panel is pictured. If you count carbs, read the sugar line on your bottle or ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480.
Is apple pectin good for blood sugar?
Only at large amounts, and even then the effect was small. A FSANZ review found that 10 to 14.5 g per meal trimmed peak glucose slightly, while 1.4 to 5.2 g did nothing. The pectin amount in Glyco Reset drops is not published.
Is Glyco Reset safe with diabetes medicine?
Ask your doctor first. RxList lists a low blood sugar risk when apple cider vinegar meets insulin or other diabetes medicines. It also lists a low-potassium risk with digoxin and diuretics. Never change your medicine because of a supplement.
